after the date of purchase; this warranty is limited to functional failures

defects, it is limited to original registered owners and is non-transferable.
No other warranty is given, specific or implied. In the event of product service
under this warranty the owner is to provide the product available for repair

means are not covered by this warranty, such as, but not limited to: defects
caused by physical damage, defects caused by applying inappropriate mains
or signal voltage, defects caused by use in humid environment, defects caused
by use in inadequately ventilated or too hot environment, defects caused by
exposure to excessive UV or gamma-ray source, defects caused by failure of
thermionic vacuum tubes (valves)In the event of product service under this
warranty the owner is to provide the product available for repair in original
packaging to Dana Electro Acoustics premises, and Dana Electro Acoustics will
repair, or replace, or pay for the repair or replacement of the product, and

of [act:eve]™ products found to be defective within 12 months after the
date of purchase; this warranty is limited to functional failures caused by
defective components, materials or workmanship, excludes cosmetic defects,
it is limited to original registered owners and is non-transferable. No other
warranty is given, specific or implied. Failures caused by other means are
not covered by this warranty, such as, but not limited to: defects caused
by playing at high volume settings for long periods of time, defects caused
by physical damage, defects caused by applying inappropriate mains or signal
voltage, defects caused by use in humid environment, defects caused by use
in inadequately ventilated or too hot environment, defects caused by exposure
to excessive UV or gamma-ray source, defects caused by failure of thermionic
vacuum tubes (valves). In the event of product service under this warranty
the owner is to provide the product available for repair in original packaging
to Dana Electro Acoustics premises, and Dana Electro Acoustics will repair,
or replace, or pay for the repair or replacement of the product, and provide
the product available for use to the owners premises. Dana Electro Acoustics
is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special,
punitive or exemplary damage, or loss of property, business, interest, revenue
or profit, or damage caused to people’s health, caused by any of Dana Electro Acoustics products or actions, physical or immaterial. That includes,
but is not limited to: permanent or temporary loss of hearing, noise related
disputes, structural damage to buildings including but not limited to minor
or major wall cracks, items falling off shelves due to vibration, loudspeakers
falling onto persons or other items, persons tripping over cables, burns caused
by touching hot valves, electric shock, burns or death caused by accessing
internal wiring, electric shock, burns or death caused by smashing valve glass
envelope while under power, cuts caused by broken glass of valve envelope,
fire caused by having combustible items in vicinity of valves, etc. Always
use your common sense and act responsibly. Unauthorized access to internals
of the apparatus will make the warranty null and void.
Important Warning
Danger associated with
Thermionic Vacuum Device (tube / valve) apparatus
Thermionic Vacuum Devices, commonly called valves or tubes, can potentially be dangerous devices that can cause harm. The glass envelope of Thermionic Vacuum Device can get very hot when installed into the apparatus and in use, and as such can potentially cause severe burns or start a fire. If hit strongly enough, glass envelope can brake and potentially cause severe cuts. Underneath the glass envelope is metal that can have lethal high voltage. When Thermionic Vacuum Device is installed into the apparatus, braking glass envelope and accessing the metal plate can be lethal. Lethal high voltage can be present inside apparatus. Accessing the internals of the apparatus can be lethal. Never apply power to apparatus unless all Thermionic Vacuum Devices are installed into their sockets.
To protect you and other people please always ensure to have:

· Trained technician to adjust, service and replace the devices
· Trained technician to access internals or service apparatus
· Protective cage covers installed at all times
· Adequate ventilation
· Adequate protection from combustible items that may be in proximity

Thermionic Vacuum Devices (tubes / valves) are supplied by Dana Electro Acoustics to other parties, including businesses and consumers, as goods that can be used in any way or manner. By installing or fitting the Thermionic Vacuum Device (tube / valve) into any apparatus, including any Dana Electro Acoustics products, such as but not limited to active loudspeakers, amplifiers, etc, the person installing the Thermionic Vacuum Device (tube / valve) assumes all liabilities.

Over the last several years we have noticed that it is hard for consumers
to follow the pace of changes in music reproduction. In fifties we have had
mono, and for many it was a very difficult step to change to stereo, as it
effectively required a new record player, stereo amplifier and two loudspeakers.
As then new format had settled many people were happy to invest in a very
high quality stereo system because the standard was stabile and owning a good
system could give years of enjoyment. In seventies there was an attempt to
introduce four-channel surround system, but it was unsuccessful, mainly due

theatre and DVD. From stereo we moved to surround, first 4.1 channel system,
few years later 5.1 channel, and now 7.1, requiring from two to eight channel

of channels, and loudspeakers that can replay the improved source information.
The result is that many people with high interest in good sound either buy
the cheapest new components, knowing that the latest best will be redundant
